QA Engineer, Product Monitoring.  Post Market Surveillance, Failure investigation, CAPA, and MDR / Vigilance reporting to regulatory agencies.  ~1300 employees & ~$680M in revenue last year.  We have offices worldwide in SD, Memphis, New Jersey, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Singapore, Japan and Australia.
